Making memories as a Mother

It takes an amazing blend of unconditional love, flexibility, allowance and acceptance to raise souls who grow up, leave then possibly create their own family in the tree of life.  My life's enriched from all experiences in relationship with my birth “mom”;  as well as moms who took me under their wings and provided lots of loving compassion, wisdom and insight.

The day I became a mother was the day Heaven flew into my heart and infused a miraculous space of infinite appreciation for being the vessel through which these 3 souls chose to arrive on the planet.

Now these 3 are grown and experiencing their own mother/father experiences expanding additional generations into our family tree.  My heart runneth over.

To all moms and dads ~ much love and light for being the vessels souls choose to assist infinite consciousness with growth and expansion into places never before imagined or created.

Living and Loving

Rather than at the end, how about now?

Are you living fully?  Are you loving well?

If not, what is holding you back?

Is Your Picture Clear?

One of my favorite meditation teachers, Tara Brach, shares this thought, "Everything on the the path".  That thought keeps me present and grounded in what is occuring moment to moment; versus going inside my head and creating a picture imprisoned within a "how" life is supposed to unfold - even in the midst of facing challenging or intense circumstances.

Are Carrots healthy For You?

Read a great article about carrots from the ezine Eating Healthy by Verywell.  I use carrots in a multitude of ways, especially since they are good for the eyes and have great fiber.  I actually made a kale and black eye pea soup with carrots included that was so tasty! As we mature, our bodies produce less enzymes and raw veggies are great for that.  Since this is a veggie that does contain sugars, just be mindful of the amount you consume, otherwise get creative with them, as they are available year round in most markets!
